Kookaburras v. Kangaroos

1st half: Revengers controlled the first half. Darius showed great teamwork to assist in the goal scoring.

2nd half: Revengers continued to control the play and showed great teamwork.

1st half: Early goal by Lochie Mills made the Warriors take notice. Warriors replied soon after though thru Todd Alexander. Warriors overall consistency giving them dominance over the raiders. Still anyone’s game as the score was 1-1

2nd half: Game continued at a pretty good standard. Goal by Sam Bone (was well deserved) put the Warriors infront which they kept intact till the match was completed. Warriors team game gave them the edge over the raiders.

Kaniva Women v Thunderbirds

1st half: Thunderbirds forcing the ball forward at several times but only able to score once. Kaniva defending well. Pam Cramer was all over the ground. Kaniva trying hard.

2nd half: Thunderbirds forcing short corners but were unable to score but keeping pressure on the Kaniva back line. Claire Riches ever reliable out of the “D” but through good team Thunderbirds scored twice.

Dimboola v Highlanders

1st half: Even half, but Julie Langman was a brick wall in the d preventing Yanac from scoring from several penalty corners.

2n half: Yanac came out fighting, and scored through a textbook goal by Jenny Smith on the left post off a beautiful pass across by Marnie Croot.

Cobras v Rangers

1st half: Very even play with the Rangers matching the Cobras for most of the game. The Cobras were able to do more with their chances in front of goal. Reasonably open and clean game

2nd half: Josh Besford and Darren Welsh both left their field after they clashed heads.

Tigers v Hoops

Final score: Tigers 0 Hoops 0

1st half: Tigers have come out strong with lots of chances, but the Hoops younger members have stepped up handling the pressure and repelling the tiger attack.

2nd Half: Tigers had lots of corners but they were unable to convert. Hoops, awarded a flick but were unable to convert. The Hoops back line played very well.

Dimboola Men v Hurricanes
